Refrigerated and temperature-controlled transport for goods that cannot go warm.
How we handle it
Temperature-sensitive goods only arrive in good condition if the cold chain stays unbroken from loading to delivery. Refrigerated, or reefer, containers keep the cargo at a set temperature throughout a sea journey, and refrigerated trucks and cold storage extend that control to either end.
We start by confirming the product, the required temperature range, and any special settings such as ventilation or humidity. We then book a suitable reefer container, arrange pre-trip inspection, and coordinate loading so that the cargo is pre-cooled and packed correctly.
The weak points in cold chain transport are the handovers: the yard before loading, the terminal while waiting for a vessel, and the truck for the last mile. We plan these steps and keep an eye on temperature and power supply while the cargo is moving, and we raise the alarm early if something looks wrong.
Food, medicines and similar products also need the right certificates and import permits. Tell us what you are shipping, and we will outline the documents the destination is likely to ask for.

What we need from you
To quote Reefer Cargo accurately, we need the pick-up and delivery locations, a description of the goods, their weight and dimensions, the number of packages and your preferred dates. If you are unsure about any detail, send what you have and we will help fill in the rest.
How pricing works
Our quotes list freight charges, local handling and any surcharges separately, so you can see what you are paying for. Prices depend on the route, carrier rates at the time of booking and the nature of the cargo. Duties and taxes at the destination are normally charged separately.
