How we handle it
Not every shipment needs a container. Door-to-door and courier services cover smaller consignments, where the priority is simple: pick it up from the sender, deliver it to the receiver, and let both sides see where it is.
We arrange collection from your address, handle the export documentation if the parcel crosses a border, and send it on the most suitable service, whether that is an air express, a consolidated air service or a combined sea and road routing. Delivery is made to the receiver's door, and we record who received it.
Parcels are easier to send when they are packed well and labelled clearly. We will give you packing guidance, tell you which items cannot travel, and explain how size and weight affect the price. For international parcels, we prepare the customs documents, and the receiver may be asked to pay local duties and taxes depending on the destination.
Every shipment receives a tracking number you can enter on our tracking page, so you and the receiver can follow progress without having to call us.

How pricing works
Our quotes list freight charges, local handling and any surcharges separately, so you can see what you are paying for. Prices depend on the route, carrier rates at the time of booking and the nature of the cargo. Duties and taxes at the destination are normally charged separately.
