Air freight is priced on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, so packaging matters. We will help you work out chargeable weight before you book, and suggest packing changes where they could reduce the cost. For goods that are fragile, valuable or sensitive to temperature, we can discuss handling requirements with the carrier ahead of time.
We prepare the air waybill, check the commercial documents, and coordinate security screening and customs formalities so that the cargo is not held up by paperwork. If you need a faster option, we can look at express services or a dedicated charter. If your timeline is flexible, a deferred service can lower the cost.

To quote Air Freight accurately, we need the pick-up and delivery locations, a description of the goods, their weight and dimensions, the number of packages and your preferred dates. If you are unsure about any detail, send what you have and we will help fill in the rest.
How pricing works
Our quotes list freight charges, local handling and any surcharges separately, so you can see what you are paying for. Prices depend on the route, carrier rates at the time of booking and the nature of the cargo. Duties and taxes at the destination are normally charged separately.
